How do I save a video?

In TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Reddit or your browser, tap Share and choose KeepScroll (on iPhone and Android it may be under "More"). You can also paste a link in the chat or tap + in the library.

How many analyses do I get?

Without a subscription, 3 free analyses; after that, links stay saved, waiting for analysis. On Pro, up to 100 new items per week: see how many you used and when the week resets in Settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → KeepScroll. On Android: Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → KeepScroll. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

I switched phones. How do I get Pro back?

Sign in with the same Apple or Google account and tap Restore purchases on the plans screen.

How do I report content?

In a shared folder, touch and hold the item or person and choose Report; in the chat, tap Report answer. We review within 24 hours.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete account. Without the app: request it by email.
